In this blog post, we'll do a complete walkthrough of the 747-400 Queen of the Skies II latest version with a few simple tricks and tricks along with a set of screenshots. There are two versions included within this program: an FSX default one and a PMDG Simulations module. The FSX default version is slightly different from its PMDG counterpart in that it lacks some exterior textures and has different gauges compared to what you'd find inside the aircraft, but besides that, both versions have been updated to reflect various changes made in both PMDG's 747-400 Queen of the Skies II simulation model as well as Windows 10 compatibility. The PMDG version includes the default textures in the aircraft along with an in-cockpit view (not available in the FSX version), but it also features a full set of exterior textures, an exterior camera mode, an improved startup procedure that presents itself at startup, audio management and also includes various lighting tweaks. The FSX default version has been updated to reflect various changes made in both PMDG's 747-400 sim model as well as Windows 10 compatibility. This is a simple walkthrough of how to perform certain functions within the PMDG sim model of this aircraft i.e. the FSX default version. If you try to load up the FSX default version nowadays for the first time, it may take you a little while to figure out how to actually get going so I'll try to outline some simple steps in order for you to get going quickly. This is a very basic overview of how one can get this aircraft up and running. First of all, if you haven't done so already, you need to download the PMDG 747-400 Queen of the Skies II from either from PMDG Simulations own website [HERE] or from other sites [HERE].Now that you have downloaded both files, open them both up in your chosen program that can view . exe files. To do this, simply navigate to where you have them both located, double click the PMDG version, select "Open" and follow the onscreen prompts.Once you've gotten through that process, "C:\\Program Files\\Microsoft Games\\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\\SimObjects\\Airplanes\\PMDG 747-400 Queen of the Skies II.exe" will be inside your "C:\\Program Files\\Microsoft Games\\Microsoft Flight Simulator X" folder. Next you have to simply go ahead and run it via the .exe file so this is what happens next... Now you can go ahead and run the PMDG version by either double clicking the .exe again or by selecting "Run" with it highlighted in your file directory (both options are available). When you run it, a box appears which requires a serial number. If you have a correct one, enter it there and press "Apply", otherwise simply click "Generic". Now, an FSX window will appear displaying the 747-400QOTSII aircraft. This is your first route into the cockpit of the aircraft. Simply click on the FPS gauge to open up your view into this aircraft's cockpit. cfa1e77820
